1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be longer during new drops, sales, or holiday seasons.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option selected.
Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing
International Orders:

Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can also log into your Redline Official account to view your order status and tracking updates in real time.
4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local government.
These charges are not included in your order total.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, it will be returned to us and your refund may be reduced by the return shipping cost.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Redline Official is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If this happens:

Check with neighbors or your local post office.

Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If you still can’t locate your package, email us at shop.redlineofficial@gmail.com — we’ll help as best we can.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
7. Preorders & Drops
For preorder or limited drop items, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page.
Orders containing preorder items will ship when all items are available.
