At Redline Official, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note:
We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or limited-edition pieces

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
Please start a return for the original item and place a new order for the one you’d like. This ensures you get your preferred item before it sells out.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at shop.redlineofficial@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions and the return address.

  3. After we receive and inspect your return, your refund or store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it immediately at no cost to you.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the funds.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
